Calling all budding camera men or women! A fitness
coaching programme for the U-15 and U-16 boys has begun on Friday
nights from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. This is a 12 week programme with
the emphasis on proper fundamental movement,strength and
conditioning, fitness and injury prevention. The course is being
offered under the guidance of Niamh Buffini, a taekwondo expert and
undergraduate student of Sport Science and Health at the National
Athletes Development Academy, who is currently undertaking her
internship. All coaches and team mentors are welcome to come
along on Friday nights and watch the training.
We are looking for someone who could record a number of the
sessions in order to put some edited videos on the Club website as
a resource for all coaches. If you can help, please send a mail to
